Human experience does not happen in isolation.
People continuously affect and respond to one another through emotional tone, attention, nervous system state, unspoken tension, atmosphere, and relational dynamics.
Field perception is the ability to sense the quality of an environment, interaction, or relational space beyond words alone.
The next time you enter a room, meeting, conversation, or social situation, pause before focusing only on content.
Instead, notice:
What is the emotional atmosphere here?
Does the space feel tense, open, hurried, distant, calm, pressured?
What happens in your own body while being here?
What changes when certain people enter or leave?
The practice is not immediate interpretation. It is learning to perceive relational environments more clearly.
