What it is
No human being remains fully coherent all the time.
People lose connection with themselves. They become reactive, fragmented, overwhelmed, distracted, or disconnected.
The practice is not permanent perfection. The practice is learning how to return.
Alignment is not a fixed state. It is an ongoing movement of noticing, adjusting, reconnecting, and beginning again.
The practice
At the end of the day, pause for a few quiet moments.
Ask yourself:
Where did I feel most connected to myself today?
Where did I lose connection?
What helped me return?
What would support more alignment tomorrow?
Do not judge the answers.
The ability to return is often more important than never drifting away.
