What it is
Integrity is not moral perfection.
It is the gradual reduction of contradiction between what you feel, what you say, what you value, and how you live.
Fragmentation often creates exhaustion: pretending, over-adapting, hiding truth, abandoning inner reality, or constantly performing for external approval.
Integrity creates internal stability because less energy is spent maintaining disconnection from oneself.
The practice
Notice one small moment today where you feel internally divided.
Ask:
Am I expressing what I genuinely mean?
Am I abandoning something important inside myself?
What would feel slightly more honest right now?
Do not force dramatic change.
Integrity often develops through very small acts of truthfulness repeated consistently over time.
