People are always part of larger systems: families, workplaces, friendships, cultures, teams, communities, and social structures.
Many individual struggles are not only personal. They are also shaped by relational patterns, roles, expectations, and invisible dynamics inside systems.
Sometimes the problem is not a single person. Sometimes the entire system is under tension.
Notice one recurring pattern in your life or relationships.
Ask yourself:
Does this pattern appear in different situations or with different people?
What roles tend to repeat?
What emotional positions do people fall into?
What remains unspoken inside the system?
Try observing the pattern without immediately assigning blame.
Systems often become clearer when attention shifts from isolated events to recurring dynamics.
